“CAN I TRIAL/SAMPLE THE SERVICE BEFORE COMMITTING?”

Yes! Two Peas allows a trial period from 3-7 days. (Discounts are not applicable.)

“WHAT IF I ASK TO PAUSE FOR A DAY(S), DO MY PAID CREDITS MOVE FORWARD?”

Yes! We will simply roll your credits over to your next active days. (Meal credits expire after 3 months of non-use.)

“WHO DO I EMAIL REGARDING SCHEDULE CHANGES?”

DailyMeals@TwoPeasInc.com 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations on the same day of delivery are not credited to account.

“WHO DO I EMAIL REGARDING DIETARY CHANGES?”

Assistant@TwoPeasInc.com 24 hours in advance to ensure reliable food preparation.

“HOW DO I CANCEL MY SERVICES?”

This is a recurring service until you cancel or pause by emailing Assistant@TwoPeasInc.com and Billing@TwoPeasInc.com within 1 week prior to your next invoice cycle.

“ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?”

  • There is a one-time $59 registration fee per person. Not applicable to trial week.
  • Lunch boxes and ice packs must be returned daily with your next delivery to avoid a $19-per-week charge included on the next billing cycle invoice.
  • Deliveries over 25 miles from Two Peas kitchen are an additional $1 per mile.
  • Extensive dietary requests may incur a charge of $4 per meal.

DELIVERY & SCHEDULE

“HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?”

Meals must be refrigerated immediately upon receiving. Frozen ice packs refrigerate for up to 10 hours. (During severe weather, bags are carefully wrapped in a plastic liner. Please retrieve as soon as possible.)

DAILY MEALS: Arrives Sunday – Thursday between 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM to be consumed the next day.

OFFICE MEALS: Arrives Monday – Friday between 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
